Flooring Effects/Shiraz and team were excellent. Fast, professional, communicative, and so hard working. We used a natural oil on the floors, and they were careful and thorough using a new product. The results were excellent. Will definitely call on Shiraz for the next job.

Shiraz is an absolute wizard! I called him on Tuesday, had a consultation within an hour, and by Friday of that same week, he had completed the work. It was beyond expectation - our water damaged flooring, which we were going to cover with vinyl it was so bad, was able to be sanded back and polished, restored to its original beauty. We are thrilled with the quality of work, very reasonable pricing, and ease of communication. The photos speak for themselves - so thrilled he was able to restore our floors!!

After contacting Flooring Effects, Shiraz was very communicative, timely and prompt in getting a quote and doing the job! Our American Oak floor needing re sanding which Shiraz did with minimal disruption, he was a very tidy worker, no dust grime left anywhere not even on black lacquer kitchen cabinetry! Shiraz suggested some small tidy details that were very worth while as well. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Shiraz and the team at Flooring Effects. We have 20 year old engineered timber floors which were very discoloured, scratched and uneven. Shiraz sanded and coated them and now they look like new. The service was prompt and very friendly, and the price very fair. Thank you!

Shiraz can't be faulted. He visited for a quote quickly ,quote arrived in a few days .His communication is excellent , he turned up as expected. He even worked on a Sunday to complete the job before we returned. But most importantly his standard of work is excellent. He had to replace 2 length of floor wood and now I can't see where the replaced wood was. He is very friendly and I can't recommend his highly enough. We would definitely use him again
