Online Reviews for Flooring Effects

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Very impressed with the ease of dealing with Shiraz through scoping, quoting and the most important - quickly, efficiently, and courteously did more than he said for the price. Highly recommended

Flooring Effects did a fantastic job of restoring our Matai floors -we couldn’t be happier with the results. We found Shiraz reliable and his communication was exceptional . We will definitely use him again in future and have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Effects to others looking to restore their timber floors.

After receiving an horrendous quote for laying cork flooring in our new kitchen we approached Flooring Effects for a second quote. Shiraz questioned why were covering the Matai flooring. and suggested we sand and polyurethane it. His price for this was more than acceptable. This has turned out to be a revelation with a truly stunning result. We hadn't realised what we had been walking on for the last 20 years. The final result has shown the floor to be hero of our new kitchen. Shiraz and his team were great to deal with and completed the entire job in two half days. Allan and Fiona Wain

Shiraz was fantastic to deal with. His communication was excellent — I contacted him about a job and he was at my house within days to take a look when others didn’t even reply to my email. We’re so happy with the outcome; our Tawa floors look great. We’ll definitely be getting these guys back for future jobs.

Flooring Effects/Shiraz and team were excellent. Fast, professional, communicative, and so hard working. We used a natural oil on the floors, and they were careful and thorough using a new product. The results were excellent. Will definitely call on Shiraz for the next job.
